It locates in Wangzhigang Town, Baoying County, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, which is the Manufacturing Base of Auto Parts in China. Baican is a professional company integrating the research and development, manufacturing and sales of auto metal body parts. The company covers an area of 30,000 ㎡ and has over 100 employees, including high-end technical talents and skilled staffs.
Baican's main products include car hood, tail gate, front doors, rear doors, front fenders, rear fenders, side panel, rear panel, roof, door sill, radiator support, etc. The mold development volume has reached over 500 sets, and the nine-story warehouse provides sufficient space for production and delivery. Baican is willing to develop new molds together with customers and support OEM&ODM. Baican has successively introduced a variety of automated production, processing and testing equipments both at home and abroad, including 15 large-scale stamping production machines, 10 CNC laser cutting machines, 10 suspended welding machines, 2 flat cutting machines, 5 edge pressing machines, and 1 EDP electrophoretic painting production line.
At the beginning, Baican mainly focuses on developing the replacement of car body metal parts suitable for Chevrolet and Buick vehicles. In recent years, in order to meet the purchase demands of domestic and foreign markets, Baican has started its one-stop solution service.
